We understand it is hard for many families to afford tuition. Every January the CCA Board approves an amount to extend in financial aid for the upcoming school year. See below to learn more about applying for financial aid.
Financial aid is available to assist families in need with tuition. Re-enrolling families must apply online from February 15th - April 1st. Applications for re-enrolling families submitted after April 1st will not be considered. Financial aid decisions for re-enrolling families are made by the administration after the deadline. New families should apply for financial aid online immediately upon deciding to enroll at CCA as financial aid assistance is allocated on a first-come/first-serve basis. Financial aid generally covers only a portion of tuition (not to exceed 50%). The fee to apply for financial aid is $40.
CCA asks that families only apply for financial aid if there is a substantial financial need. The more that CCA extends in financial aid, the larger our tuition gap becomes, which increases the amount of fundraising needed annually.
Financial Assistance Requirements
- Families receiving financial aid are expected to complete 10 hours of volunteer service to CCA for every $1,000 received. If hours are not completed, families are responsible to pay CCA the amount equivalent to the number of hours not completed by June 30th.
- Student(s) must comply with the attendance policy that is outlined in the CCA Parent Handbook.
- Student(s) must stay in good academic standing throughout the school year. Academic standing will be reviewed when progress reports are given.
- Student(s) must have good behavior and be good representatives of CCA
