The 2025-2026 school year was filled with celebrations of the Christ Classical Academy graduating class of 2026! As CCA’s second graduating class since launching a high school in 2020, this group of pioneers was tasked with establishing traditions for our oldest students. They did a wonderful job establishing a path to be followed by future CCA senior classes!
The Class of 2025 painted parking spots, kicked off the first day of school with fun t-shirts & decorated cars, attended a special Senior Sunrise ceremony, and performed their last traditional CCA’s Got Talent stick performance to “One King” (they have done this special performance since 4th grade). They were the first to go on CCA’s international Salt & Light trip–See & Serve Italy, and they were the first to take Rhetoric and present/defend extensive research papers to the entire upper school and a panel of judges! As graduation was drawing near, they were surprised with a special Senior Sunset ceremony where they read special letters from mentors, family, and friends and were prayed over by their CCA community. To cap off their senior year, they were celebrated by the entire student body at our first ever Senior Chapel where seniors were presented with graduation distinction cords and scholarships. They also started a new tradition of presenting Senior Wills to the CCA student body. That special service was followed by a Senior Walk where they walked the campus one last time as students to the cheers of CCA students and faculty/staff members…from Pre-K to Lower School to Upper School. The day ended with a Senior Brunch hosted by CCA junior moms where the Class of 2026 presented our seniors with Senior Superlatives. Finally, the Class of 2025 graduated on Thursday, May 15, 2025. It was a packed house to celebrate this special group of six seniors–six CCA high school pioneers! It was a deeply spiritual, meaningful ceremony with special music and inspiring speeches. What a joy it was to see our seniors walk the stage, receive their diplomas, and throw their caps into the air…many of them having attended CCA since preschool!
We wish the Class of 2025 well as they move on to new adventures at UT Martin, Union University, the University of Missouri, & TCAT. You will always be CCA Eagles, and you played such an important role in charting a course for future graduates to follow!
